On behalf of our congregations, pastors, lay people and office staff, we want to share with you God's vision and mission for us. Our District is made up of 9 counties in southern Ohio yet our mission stretches far beyond our county borders.  We are making a difference in our local communities, regions, our nation and the world so that Jesus will be made known.

   It is our deepest desire to see people come to know Christ as their Savior and Lord so we are actively sharing the Good News of Jesus with others.  What a beautiful thing it is to watch a person's life transformed and to see them begin to grow and mature in their faith.  As a result, we encourage and equip people to be disciples and leaders who in turn disciple others.  We look for opportunities for them to serve and to give their lives away in service to others in the name of Christ.

   This is why we are concerned about our local communities and look for ways to impact people's lives through acts of kindness and compassion.  We are constantly reminded to look for Jesus in the face of those who struggle, search and long to find meaning and purpose in their lives.  We yearn for them to know how loved they are and how God's grace is readily available to them.

   This is why we train Emergency Response volunteers who are ready to minister to folks who have been impacted by a disaster in this region of Ohio and in other places throughout our country.  We desire to be the hands and feet of Christ so that others will know they are cared for during a very difficult time.

   This is why we have formed a partnership with our brothers/sisters in Vietnam so that we can come alongside them in order to help them minister to their fellow citizens and introduce them to Christ.  We yearn for them to know our encouragement, support and prayers and as they seek to make Christ known in their county.
