Ohio Episcopal Area Task Team has established the following timeline in consideration of a new conference.

Fall, 2025

              The team meets in person on Sept. 6, from 10 am – 3 pm                                    

              Create work groups -see separate list

              First work group meeting should happen by September 30, 2025.

              First phase of work groups – creating a vision of what could be – should be complete by December 30, 2025.

May-June, 2026

              Second phase of work groups – defining where we are now – should be complete by May 31.

              Update Annual Conferences on the team’s progress  – Consultant + Team

Fall, 2026

              All work group reports due before September meeting of the Task Team.

Review reports from the work groups. Send back to group for clarification and suggested changes.- Consultant + Team

              Revised work group reports due by December 31, 2026

Jan.-April, 2027

              Create final report – Consultant + Team – Due by March 1, 2027

              Present to Bishop for approval – Consultant

              Present to WOC Connectional Table and EOC Governing Board

Release the team’s report – Communications Team

              Create a resolution for a vote - Team

              Continue education and communications – Team + Communications Team

June, 2027

              Final education on vote

              Vote at each Annual Conference
