Indian Run United Methodist Church in Dublin, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and develop a vibrant, relational ministry for middle and high school students. We are looking for someone who loves teenagers, builds authentic relationships, is grounded in Christian faith, and is passionate about helping young people ask questions, grow in faith, discover their gifts, and follow the way of Jesus. The Youth Pastor will provide vision and leadership for ministry to grades 6–12, including discipleship, confirmation, mission and service, youth leadership, family engagement, and weekly programming.

This is an opportunity to build a ministry in which young people are known, valued, challenged, and equipped to lead, while developing a strong team of adult volunteers who share in the work.
