VBS Mini-Grants Available through UMFWO 2026 Spring Grant Cycle

The United Methodist Foundation of West Ohio will begin the Vacation Bible School Mini Grant Application process on Sunday, February 1. These grants are possible through an endowment created in 2017 by Ketha Robins.

This year, grants of $250-$1000 will be awarded to VBS programs for curriculum materials, supplies, staff costs, or other expenses related to the production of vacation Bible school programs in West Ohio churches. Special consideration will be given to those serving rural and underserved communities.

Ketha Robins started the endowment with the UMFWO in 2017 to honor her family's tradition of love and support for vacation Bible school.  Since that time, more than 41 mini-grants have been awarded to churches throughout West Ohio.

The UMFWO will host a virtual seminar on Tuesday, February 24, at 2:00 PM via Zoom focused on how to submit a competitive VBS grant application.
