On October 10, 2026, Epiphany United Methodist Church in Loveland, Ohio, hosted a contemporary worship experience celebrating the release of its newly recorded Epiphany Praise album. The evening featured live performances of songs from the album, interactive prayer stations, communion, and opportunities for personal reflection.
Corbin Castillo DeSpain, Epiphany’s Director of Music and Worship, reflected on the joy of bringing the congregation together through music.
“Hearing our congregation and visitors singing so loudly above the 15-person praise team was inspiring and joyful,” DeSpain said. “Every age and stage of life was represented, displaying a beautiful mosaic of community.”
The evening also highlighted Epiphany’s commitment to international mission. A representative from one of the church’s mission partners in Cuba shared about their work and the importance of building relationships with communities around the world, offering attendees a firsthand perspective on the impact of international mission partnerships.
The purpose of the event was to raise money from CD and merchandise sales to fund mission scholarships and remove financial barriers to those called to mission outreach.
“We have a pastor who likes to say, ‘Some give by going and others go by giving,’” DeSpain said. “I felt this night was important to provide an opportunity for the givers to assist those who want to give by going but are burdened financially.”
Through music, prayer, and mission, Epiphany celebrated its new album while creating opportunities for more people to serve communities around the world."
