During the Winter Candidacy Summit Retreat, candidates will have an opportunity to worship, fellowship, meet with their mentoring group, learn in large and small group settings, and reflect with others who are also exploring God's call on their lives.

Attendance Requirements

To attend, candidates must receive a recommendation from their District Superintendent and complete all required preparatory work. For detailed instructions, please refer to the East Ohio or West Ohio Candidacy Process Step-by-Step Guide, or consult your District Leadership team for additional guidance.

Registration Information

Candidates from East Ohio and West Ohio must register using the online registration link provided at the bottom of this event page. The registration deadline is December 1, 2026. Please ensure all requirements are completed before registering.

• Lap-top with internet access required. Please do not bring an iPad or tablet for use with the Psychological Assessment.

• Your Group Sessions will be coordinated with your Mentor and Group for sessions after the Summit.
