As part of the Faith in Place 2026 Annual Environment and Spirituality Summit, Christ Church-United Methodist in Kettering OH will host a watch party for Bill McKibben’s Keynote Address on Sep 29, 2026, where he will address "Climate, Courage, and Collective Action".

Bill McKibben is an author, educator, and environmentalist. He helped found 350.org, the first global grassroots climate campaign, and more recently founded Third Act, an organizing movement for people over the age of 60. Drawing on decades of organizing, writing, and movement-building, he'll ground the Summit's theme in the moral and spiritual stakes of the climate crisis and invite communities of faith to harness their collective power to confront the fossil fuel industry and advance climate justice.

The zoom watch party will run from 7-8:30 pm EDT in Foster Hall at Christ Church-United Methodist, 3440 Shroyer Road, Kettering, OH, 45429.
