The Connection Coordinator will have a passion for caring for the congregation, empowering its lay leaders, and engaging with the community. The church is seeking someone who will elevate the existing Small Group teams and Sunday School programs by inspiring, training, coaching and supporting its leaders. Special focus will be on Care Ministry, Faith Forming Relationships Ministry, and Outreach Ministry. Individual will pioneer strategy and tactics to connect with others outside the church and ultimately welcome new members.
