Greetings friends in ministry! I hope you are well in mind, body, and mission.

This year our district will hold two meetings with different purposes: a spring “annual” meeting focused on upcoming annual conference information, grants, and district news, and a fall meeting centered on Charge Conference forms, local church ministries, and district updates. Both clergy and lay persons are encouraged to attend.

Theme: “Come and See” (John 1:43–50)

This session will include worship, communion, business items, and a learning opportunity for both lay and clergy led by Rev. Beth Ortiz, The Ohio Episcopal Area Director of Discipleship, focusing on the “SE” (Seeking & Engaging) portion of the S.E.E.D. Process— a part of Bishop Jung’s Five Pillars. 

Many have expressed a desire for growth; the S.E.E.D. Process, rooted in prayer, is essential for renewal in our churches. This year, the spring meeting will focus on seeking and engaging, and the fall meeting will focus on equipping and deploying.
