New Day United Methodist Church in Cincinnati invites you to join them for a series of free self-care classes for family caregivers on Fridays, July 17 - August 21, 2026.

During these 6 weeks, you'll learn how to:
-access valuable resources and connect with other caregivers
-reduce stress, guilt, anger and depression
-communicate effectively with family members doctors, or other help
-take care of ourselves, relax, set goals and problem solve
