Plans are under way for the 2026 Leadership Training Day in the Great Miami River & Scioto River Districts. Mark your calendars and plan to meet us at Xenia Faith Community UMC, 100 Country Club Drive. All clergy and laity are encouraged to attend.

Our keynote speaker will be Superintendent Kelly Brown. Rev. Brown is currently the District Superintendent of the West Plains District, East Ohio Conference. Previously he served as Director of Congregational Vitality for East Ohio after serving four pastoral appointments. Rev. Brown is co-author of the book Church Ecology: Creating a Leadership Pathway for Your Church with Rev. Ken Willard. His keynote address is titled Leadership Development for Church Health.

Breakout sessions include Discipleship, Finance, Children and Youth Ministries, Staff/Pastor Parish Relations, Enneagram training, Fresh Expressions, Small Church Leadership and many more.
