Vision Service Plan (VSP) is the provider for the plan which includes a copay for exams, lenses, frames, and contacts. There is even a discount should you wish to pursue Lasik surgery.

VSP benefits are easy to use.

First, review your personalized plan details and eligibility via the attachment below.

Next, find a doctor who's in network and conveniently located near you.

At your appointment, tell them you have VSP. There's no ID card required; however, if you'd like to download or print your Member Vision Card, simply log in to your account on vsp.com.

That's it! When you see a VSP network doctor, you'll pay the lowest out-of-pocket costs and there are no claim forms to complete. Before making an appointment, be sure to review your benefits and see if your doctor is on the VSP network. Let your doctor know if you have more than one benefits plan, either multiple VSP plans or a VSP plan and a medical plan, to help maximize your coverage.

Delta Dental

As part of  a comprehensive benefit package, the Conference provides dental coverage via Delta Dental for those on the health plan. The dental plan is preventive only which includes annual checkups and x-rays. Crowns, bridges, and orthodontia, for example, are not covered. Please see the attachment below to access the Delta Dental app which contains coverage and claims information, a cost estimator and also to search dentists in your area.
