Description: The Diversity and Inclusion Lead Team partners with Connectional Ministries and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to strategize about how the annual conference, clergy and lay leaders and local churches can better work across difference. Currently we have a focus on structural improvement and would like to expand into a more missional mindset.

Desired experiences/skills: A willingness to discuss diversity in many forms, including but not limited to race, gender, theology, politics, age and geography. Awareness of issues local churches and ministry leaders face is helpful.

Time commitment: Meet three to four times a year in different locations throughout the annual conference based on the teams availability.
