Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church is seeking a Part-time Adminstrative Assistant (28 hours per week). If interested in the position, please send your resume to Rev. Suzanne Allen at sallen@hpcumc.org.

Job duties:

  • assist with Property Team matters; 
  • manage the Hyde Park Community Columbarium, facilitating family needs as they relate to the inurnment of the deceased;
  • oversee the Church Management System(ACS), serving as membership secretary, archives and connecting ministry liaison;
  • overseeing the annual reporting requirements of the UMC;
  • participate in staff meetings, community building, and skill development
  • offer administrative help to the Music Director
  • send weekly mailings for the Senior Adult Ministries
  • be a flexible member of the Administrative Team serving as needed
