The West Ohio Conference is looking to hire a Benefits/HR Specialist for their Benefits team who can contribute their expertise in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of benefits and pension inquiries from active and retired clergy/spouses and staff employees. This role will work closely with the Director of Benefits and Human Resources and will be an essential part of the CFO's office, responsible for delivering comprehensive benefits, wellness and HR services throughout the employment/appointive cycle.
