Leading Through Uncertainty

The only certainty we have these days is that they are days filled with uncertainty.  How long will our aging congregations survive?  Will the church split and if so, when?  What will the church be like post-pandemic?  There is no simple answer, quick fix, or wise guru to save us from this uncertainty.  There are, however, skills that we can learn and habits that we can practice that will help us to grow as resilient, adaptive, faith filled leaders who will guide our churches, influence our communities, and transform our world during these uncertain times.  Join us as we discuss, embrace, and grow in these skills and practices that help us lead faithfully through uncertainty.

About Suzanne:

Rev. Dr. Suzanne Allen currently serves as the Assistant to the District Superintendent for the Ohio River Valley District.  She has been in ministry as an ordained elder for 23 years, serving local churches in Defiance, Milford, and Springboro before serving at the district level.  She is married, has two children, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and gardening.
