Join West Ohio for a virtual Volunteers in Mission (VIM) Team Leader Training! With experienced team leaders as instructors, you will learn how to plan and lead a mission experience in Ohio, the United States or around the world. You will also be provided with practical resources for nurturing the spiritual life of your team, as well as information on how you can run a team's finances through the Conference.
