Apply for Foundation Grants to support Ministries to Children, Youth, and Young Adults

As family and youth church attendance declines, the United Methodist Foundation of West Ohio is launching its Championing Children, Youth, and Young Adults grant program on Sunday, February 1.

This program of the UMFWO supports churches and ministries motivated to create intergenerational, Christ-centered communities that nurture children, youth, college students, and young adults through a holistic approach.

Championing Children, Youth, and Young Adults will award grants of $1,000-$5,000 for programs that equip and empower lay and clergy leaders with the resources needed to create new, and/or expand existing programs to achieve a transformative vision for youth.

All applicants start by submitting a Letter of Intent (a short questionnaire). After review, selected candidates will be invited to submit a full application.

The Letters of Intent will close on March 1st. A virtual meeting on how to submit a successful grant application will be offered on Thursday, February 5th, at 2:00 PM via Zoom.
