Annual Form Requirements

The Trustee Legal and Property Report and Parsonage Inspection Form are required to be submitted at the church's fall church conference. 

One on Ones  - The 2021 One on One Form can be here, and should be submitted one week before your One on One with Rev. Tim Bias.
