Last year the Benefits office and the Office of Ministry teamed up and hosted our first ever “Mapping Your Journey to Wellness” seminars. Speakers from OhioHealth, Ernst and Young (EY) and our very own conference were brought in to inform and inspire as we continue to refine our financial, spiritual, physical and emotional health.
By all accounts everyone had a great time and left with more than just knowledge. They took away actionable steps to help improve their lives. But enough about last year...
We will once again host our “Mapping Your Journey to Wellness” series, albeit a little differently this year. Instead of meeting in person, we will be hosting them virtually throughout the month of October. Each Tuesday we will highlight one wellness pillar with both an AM and a PM 60 minute session. You will not want to miss these exciting, fun and informative workshops lead by some of the best presenters you’ll find.

- Exercise in the Great Outdoors (Physical)
- Spiritual Fitness: Conquering COVID from the Inside Out (Spiritual)
- Achieving Financial Wellness (Financial)
