The Kamisamba Farm in the North Katanga Episcopal Area is helping to breathe new life into agricultural production in the D.R. Congo. In addition to being a working farm, Kamisamba also provides trainings to farmers from different communities on crop production, animal husbandry, marketing, and monitoring and evaluation. After the training, community trainers are then allocated to the different areas to monitor progress and act as a resource. Many lives have been impacted, and trainees have reported improved production, nutrition, sustainability, and conservation of natural resources.
