Children & Family Events
Opportunities abound for families and children to fellowship and have fun at Annual Conference this year! Here's the information you need to make Lakeside a great experience for the whole family:
  • Child Care - Child care is available for children one year and older at Lakeside United Methodist Church. Cost is $7 per session. Children must be registered by May 17 to attend. Walk-ins will NOT be accepted. Click here for more info.
  • Camp Connect - Overnight camp for kids ages 7-17 at Camp Widewater; kids are picked up and returned to Lakeside. Cost is $80. Register by May 27. Click here for more info or to register.
  • Family Connect - A series of family events held during Annual Conference, including swimming, movie ($7 adults/$3 kids), mini golf, Rock the Dock, the 5K and a prayer walk. Most events are free but children must be accompanied by an adult. Pick up your Family Connect bracelets during check-in on Sunday. Click here for a full list of events.
