Fr. Greg Boyle Speaking Event - From Jail to Jobs
Thursday, October 2, 2014 - 7:30pm to 9:30pm
Open to the public – no tickets/reservations needed

Fr. Greg Boyle will speak on criminal justice reform and desperately needed re-entry opportunities for local returning citizens coming out of the criminal justice system.  Fr. Greg's visit serves to broaden a strategic community conversation on criminal justice reform and re-entry opportunities for returning citizens.

Fr. Greg Boyle is a Jesuit priest and founder of Homeboy/Homegirl Industries in downtown Los Angeles. Since 1988 Fr. Greg (or "G-Dog") has ministered to gang members in the gang capital of the world. His book Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion has made the NY Times Bestseller List. Since Fr. Greg started Homeboy Industries nearly 20 years ago, it has served members of more than half the gangs in LA as young people work together learning the mutual respect that comes from building something together.

Don't miss an opportunity to see Fr. Greg!
