Equitable Compensation

Description: Recommend conference standards for pastoral support, establish base compensation, provide counsel and support to cabinet and local SPRC, maintain adequate arrearage policies to protect conference and pastors as well as establish minimum compensation level for clergy.

Desired Experiences/skills: An understanding of local church finance along with ability to travel and assess needs alongside District Superintendents.

Time commitment: One to two meetings, typically between November and February.
