Methodist Theological School of Ohio seeks and Operations Support Coordinator.

Position Description: This position is responsible for the smooth functioning of three areas central to campus life: reception desk and mailroom, housing, and student workers. The time required by each work area will be highly variable, but the expectation is that over the course of a year it will be roughly equivalent.

Qualifications: Self-directed worker with a collaborative sensibility and the ability to carry out assigned tasks reliably and accurately with only general direction. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions while maintaining keen attention to detail. Candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with persons of a variety of backgrounds, contexts, religious beliefs, traditions, identities and sexualities. Organizational and general office skills including ability to work with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to supervise student workers. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Valid driver’s license required.
