At the 2015 session of the West Ohio Conference, Phil Moots indicated his intention to retire as Conference Chancellor prior to the next Annual Conference. Conference Chancellor is the legal advisor to the Bishop and the Annual Conference. Phil has given us extraordinary service for two decades. We are grateful and blessed. Phil will continue for a foreseeable future as an Associate Chancellor to shepherd some work already in process.
I am pleased to introduce to you Christopher E. Hogan, Esquire, as our Conference Chancellor effective February 15, 2016.
