About Suzanne:

Suzanne's passion for people, working with teams, and serving in leadership roles, started way back in my youth. She has had a life of leading, recruiting, training, and coaching leaders, teams, and volunteers in both non-profits and faith-based organizations. Her professional career has included 30 years serving communities at the Pickaway County Visitors Bureau, Green County CVB, and the Normal Memorial Library; and faith-based organizations including the Community UMC in Circleville, Ashland First UMC in Ashland, OH, Caring Points UMC in Deshler/Leipsic, OH and Fayette UMC in Fayette, OH.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University, and Master's Degree from Bethel Theological Seminary. Her extended training includes advisor training in CliftonStrengths from Gallup, serving as a Team CVC Coach for Group Publishing, and becoming a YEC Certified Enneagram Coach (Your Enneagram Coach, Nashville, TN.)

In June 2020, Suzanne launched Rubberband Creations focused on leadership and growth coaching.
