Anti-Excellence, Pro-Participation

Bishop Palmer is excited to announce his next Leadership Clinic guest, Nadia Bolz-Weber, on September 17, 10a-12p EST.

Nadia Bolz-Weber is a three-time New York Times bestselling author who has been called “a pastor for America’s outsiders.” The community of faith she planted in Denver—House for All Sinners and Saints—is a haven for a diverse community seeking affirmation and acceptance. In a time when institutions of every kind are struggling to exert influence and maintain relevance, Nadia’s church thrives, especially among Millennials. She has a popular podcast “The Confessional with Nadia Bolz-Weber,” and has been featured in The Washington Post, The New Yorker, NPR’s Morning Edition, Fresh Air, on cable news, and the BBC World Service. Nadia is a graduate of the Iliff School of Theology.

Bishop Gregory Palmer’s Leadership Clinics are live, online opportunities to give you access to leadership insights from local, national, and global leaders. When we focus on growing our leadership skills for positive kingdom influence, we can strengthen relationships and maximize the church’s impact, leading to transformation in our communities. We hope you’ll join Bishop Palmer and his guests for these live, interactive monthly Leadership Clinics.

CEU’s are available for all Leadership Clinics. Email Allyssa (agraves@wocumc.org) if you would like to receive continuing education for this month’s Clinic.

Deadline to register is Monday, September 13th by midnight.
