This annual training event for clergy and laity includes worship, a presentation by keynote speaker Rebekah Simon-Peter who will teach us to Dream Like Jesus, two workshops of your choice, fellowship and lunch.

Workshops

Dream Like Jesus is the theme of the 2018 ORV Leadership training day taking place Saturday, January 27 at Armstrong Chapel UMC.

Joining us this year will be keynote speaker Rev. Rebekah Simon-Peter,   author, speaker, minister and coach who transforms church leaders and the congregations they serve. Workshop sessions will cover a wide range of topics from opioid addiction to  developing spiritual leaders  to  youth development to  church safety.
 

NOTE: Each class has limited space and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Your fee of $10 includes a continental breakfast, keynote speaker, lunch and 2 workshops

9:30-9:50 am - Opening Devotion
10:00-11:00 am - Keynote Speaker
11:10am-12:30 pm - Session 1 Workshop
12:40-1:20 pm - Lunch
1:30-2:50 pm- Session 2 Workshop
3:00-3:45 pm - Closing Worship with Communion
