Residency Program

The West Ohio Conference Residency Program will provide a mentored hands-on environment in a local church where select seminary graduates will develop and hone transformational leadership skills at an accelerated pace. Upon completion of the Residency Program, the resident pastors will then be deployed into local church ministry to engage and impact lives and communities.
