Residents in the Norwood and St. Bernard areas of Cincinnati are still in need of assistance following the flash floods of August 28. On that day, 4.4 inches of rain fell in two hours, damaging 708 homes. Since no federal emergency was declared, all repairs and recovery will be completed using donations and volunteers. My name is Kaleigh and I have been a Leader Youth in the Young Justice Advocates movement for two years. At the 2015 session of the West Ohio Conference, Phil Moots indicated his intention to retire as Conference Chancellor prior to the next Annual Conference. Conference Chancellor is the legal advisor to the Bishop and the Annual Conference. Phil has given us extraordinary service for two decades. We are grateful and blessed.
