Welcome to the Capitol Area North Website. We are pleased you have chosen to visit us! The Capitol Area North embraces five Ohio counties: Delaware, half of Franklin, Logan, Marion and Union. The heart of this district rests in the life of each local church, where lay and clergy work together to create transformational ministries. Also within the boundaries of the Capitol Area North there are a wide variety of United Methodist institutions which, along with the many active retired clergy who live in the area, provide many helpful resources for local churches. Partnerships between congregations, institutions and ministry centers provide yet another way for our churches to reach out to others to share the love and grace of Jesus Christ. United Methodist Community Ministries is such a ministry of Capitol Area North and Capitol Area South., working together in a joint venture.
