Request Event Space: Both clergy and lay members of annual conference as well as representatives of affiliated organizations may submit an Event Space Request Form to host an event during the 2017 Annual Conference. The deadline to submit requests for event space during the 2017 Annual Conference has ended. As of 5:00 pm on March 27 requests will no longer be received.

Event Space Assignments: Event space will begin to be assigned on March 27. Forms will not be accepted after that date. Event space will be assigned based on your preferences in conjunction with the facility that best meets the needs for all events. Once assignments are made, you will be notified via email by Tim McCoy and a copy of your request will be sent to Lakeside. At the beginning of April you will be contacted by an associate from Lakeside Chautauqua to discuss menu selection, pricing, etc. Please note that Lakeside will not make a change to the location assigned unless they have been given permission to do so by Tim McCoy.

Banquet & Catering Services: Lakeside offers full banquet services. All food and beverages served in meeting and function rooms must be purchased through Lakeside and served by Lakeside staff. You can make your menu selection using the 2017 Lakeside Catering Menu.
